On September 16, 2024, Stanford University in the United States released the latest edition of the "World's Top 2% Scientists list". The list is divided into two categories: the "Lifetime Scientific Impact Ranking" (which focuses on the impact throughout an entire academic career) and the "Annual Scientific Impact Ranking" (which highlights achievements within the past year).
In the latest edition, Academician Shuxiang Guo from the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Southern University of Science and Technology was selected for both the "Annual Scientific Impact Ranking" and the "Lifetime Scientific Impact Ranking (1960-2024)."

PS：Professor Shuxiang Guo, in the field of biomedical engineering, has been recognized as one of Elsevier's Most Cited Chinese Researchers from 2020 to 2023 (Scopus Most Cited Chinese Researchers) for four consecutive years. He has also ranked in Stanford University's top 2% of global scientists list for five consecutive years from 2020 to 2024, appearing on both the "Lifetime Scientific Influence Ranking (1960-2024)" and the "Annual Scientific Influence Ranking (2020-2024)." |
