| Associate Professor Xuping Zhang Visited Southern University of Science and Technology |

On December 10, 2024, at the invitation of Academician Shuxiang Guo from the Department of Electronics, Associate Professor Xuping Zhang from Aarhus University, Denmark, visited Southern University of Science and Technology and gave an academic lecture and exchange. During the visit, Associate Professor Zhang delivered a keynote lecture on "Sino-Danish Research Networking Program towards Multi-Scale Robotic Manipulation Powered by AI and Digital Twin Technology," introducing his team's research on mechatronic design, dynamic modeling, and robotic system control. He also discussed how to enhance and apply these technologies using machine learning and digital twin technology. After the lecture, Associate Professor Zhang led his team members on a visit of the Guolab.
