The 2nd Organizing Committee and PC Meeting of IEEE ICMA 2013 Conference were held in Kagawa University on June 21st, 2013. General Chair, Prof. Guo from Kagawa University, Program Chair, Prof. Kaneko from Osaka University, Prof. Ma from Ritsumeikan University, Prof. Hirata, Prof. Arakawa, Prof. Sawada, Prof. Nohmi, Prof. Ishihara from Kagawa University and IEEE ICMA 2013 staffs attended the meetings. During the Organizing Committee, Prof. Guo reported the readiness of IEEE ICMA 2013 Conference. In addition, Final Program including Plenary Speakers was confirmed during the meeting. At last, the recommendation of Best Paper Finalist was performed.
