題 目：「 Current State of the Ultra-precision Micro-machining Technology 」
|
|
講演要旨： Miniaturized components which size is from 10mm to 10μm is widely applied to fields such as Electronics, Medicine, Aerospace,etc. It is a topic that how to machine miniature components just by use of special machining tool with lower energy consumption. In this talk, the current state of ultra-precision micro-machining technology will be introduced; also the development of research of mMT in the CUST will be introduced.
